What’s the difference between the one-buckle and two-buckle vest?

The 8 and 10 lb vests are a lighter harness with one chest buckle that sits high on the upper body. The 12 to 30 lb vests have two padded front panels joined by two buckles. Both have a padded tab under each buckle.

Will the straps rub on my chest?

Both straps adjust up and down. Wear them high, with the top strap just below the collarbones and the second above the bust, so nothing sits on the bust. Each buckle rests on a padded tab.

Is the phone pocket included?

Yes. Every weight comes with a detachable zippered pocket for your phone and keys. Clip it to the shoulder strap or wear it on your arm.

Can men wear it?
